for 4 people- 600g potatoes.
- 250g ground pork.
- 150g onion.
- 2 ripe tomatoes.
- 4 whole eggs.
- 200ml cooking cream.

Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks...Put them in a pot, cover with cold water, and add a pinch of salt. Boil for about 25 minutes, until they're completely tender.
Mash them with a fork or potato masher. Mix in 4 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
