Ingredients
for 6 servings- 400g green broccoli.
- 500g potatoes.
- 2 large eggs or 3 small ones.
- 100g shredded mozzarella cheese.
- olive oil.
- salt.
- freshly ground black pepper.
- a pinch of oregano.
- 40g grated Parmesan cheese.

- 1 round baking pan, 28cm diameter.

Preparation
Line the baking pan with parchment paper.Peel the potatoes and cut them into large chunks. Put them in a pot, cover with cold water, add salt, and boil until they're completely cooked through.
